Pump Arrived Damaged - 123Ponds Replaced Part
The pump motor fan shroud was found smashed in on arrival. Packing container and packing material were intact so damage was incurred prior to shipment. The shroud was pushed into the fan blades and the motor would not turn. 123Ponds worked with us to overnight parts (fan blades and shroud) to get the pump back into service ASAP without having to return the entire pump. Much appreciated!!
Pros:Damaged parts replaced in expeditious manner. Pond aeration was out of service for less than 48 hours. Real concern to make things right.
