Certainly filters
Fortunately, I have more than one. When I notice my pump is straining (deduced by the notable drop in water coming out the other side), I just switch them out and wring the clogged one out in water. My pond is about 12x12 and left to nature (i.e. life is allowed in it). Thus, life cycles occur which means organic material will be wafting around. Usually takes about 10 days for a swap.
Pros:Easy to swap, easy to clean, easy to reuse.

Bought wrong product
This turned out to be the wrong product. I needed a filter for the model 5 pump, but couldn't find that initially. I ordered this filter hoping it would fit. It did not, which led me back to your website where I found and ordered the correct size filter. I am quite happy with the correct product and didn't feel the need, given the small cost, for returning the incorrect filter.
Pros:Good product when correctly ordered.
Cons:Somewhat confusing similar filters (although product descriptions clarify difference).
